Monty the Darwin coastal carpet python went missing from Jared Scully’s home in Adelaide’s north-eastern suburbs in March.
It was suspected the slippery reptile escaped out a cat flap. Given his unique colour it was likely he’d met his fate in the wild.
But six months after he disappeared Sonya Feldhoff spoke to Jared and discovered Monty may never have left.
